These days, the State Council formally issued Notice on the State Council Forwarding Executive Plan and Means of Energy Conservation and Pollution Reduction Statistics, Monitoring and Performance, expressed that they agreed to Executive Plan of Unit GDP Energy Consumption Statistical Indicator System, Executive Plan of Unit GDP Energy Consumption Monitoring System, Executive Plan of Unit GDP Energy Consumption Performance System, Statistics Means of Main Pollution Reduction, Monitoring Means of Main Pollution Reduction, and Performance Means of Main Pollution Reduction made by National Development and Reform Commission, National Bureau of Statistics of China and State Environmental Protection Administration of China, and claimed each regions and department should implement them from the facts.

Additionally, the State Council also printed and distributed the 11th Five-year Plan of National Environmental Protection recently, which firstly defined in programming mode to cultivate some advantageous enterprises and groups with independent brand, powerful core technological strength, high market share, and many employment opportunities, and made environmental protection industry be the rising pillar industry of national economy. Recently, direction of relative policies vitalize energy saving and environment protection concept again and drive the strengthening of relative individual stocks.
